4 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Salt
2 cups Real Sweet Cream Butter - Tillamook
1 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 cups packed Dark Brown Sugar
2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
4 large Eggs
4 cups (2-12 oz packages) Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
2 cups Chopped Pecans (pre-packaged cookie bits)

Cooking Instructions

Cream together the Butter, Sugars, and Vanilla using hand blender. Mix in eggs one at a time to batter. Sift in separate bowl the Flour, Soda, and Salt.

Incorporate dry and wet mixtures a little at a time to prevent lumps, but do not over-mix. Stir Morsels and Nuts into mixture. Drop by rounded teaspoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 9 minutes.

Refrigerate dough in between batches. Cool baked cookies on cookie sheet 4 minutes then remove to wire rack. When completelely cooled, cookies may be stored in airtight container.

Note: Do not stack cookies when still warm.
