3.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1" cubes or slices - put in 1gal size baggie.

Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic sauce
3/4 cup Kikkoman Soy sauce
3 small cans sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup oyster sauce (Cantonese)
2 Tbsp water
1/4 cup black bean garlic sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice powder
1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp dark brown sugar, packed.
3 Tbsp chopped scallions
1 Tbsp rice vinegar

Cooking Instructions

Marinate chicken in gallon size baggie with 2 cups of marinade for about 5 hours.

cut aluminum foil into 6"x6" squares

Place 1-2 pieces of chicken, mushroom, and scallions into center of foil square
add dab of Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic sauce and fold square into a tight triangle. Repeat.

Bake on sheet at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
